In-kind & strategic partnerships

Your most valuable contribution may not be financial

Products, infrastructure, professional services, distribution, communication and technical expertise can be central to delivering a safe, visible and memorable event.

The practical value and strategic importance of each contribution will be reviewed and documented. Recognition and benefits will then be agreed according to the contribution’s usefulness, timing, scope and role within the event.

A partnership may combine financial support + products + services + strategic support.

Our partnership approach

Built around what your organisation wants to achieve

Every organisation brings different objectives, audiences and capabilities. The partnership conversation should identify the right role before benefits and deliverables are finalised.

01

Understand your objectives

Discuss the audience you want to reach, the story you want to support, your preferred contribution and the outcome your organisation values.

02

Design the right activation

Match brand visibility, media, stage presence, exhibition, sampling, community impact or service integration to the most suitable partnership level.

03

Confirm the partnership

Document contributions, benefits, brand permissions, timelines, responsibilities, approvals and reporting in a written agreement before public announcement.

Partnership questions

Frequently asked questions

Can an organisation support A Taste of Cameroon without making a financial contribution?
Yes. The event welcomes suitable in-kind, technical, media and strategic contributions. Examples include food, equipment, transport, fuel, accommodation, connectivity, printing, medical services, security, power, technology, logistics and hospitality. Each offer is reviewed before acceptance.
Does every partner receive the same benefits?
No. The partnership levels provide a framework, but the final rights and benefits are tailored to the organisation’s objectives, contribution, relevance and operational role. Only benefits confirmed in the signed agreement should be treated as guaranteed.
Can category exclusivity or event naming association be discussed?
Potential category exclusivity and event naming association may be discussed for the Main / Lead Partner. Availability, scope, duration, brand rules and competing commitments must be reviewed and agreed in writing.
What information should we include in a partnership enquiry?
Include the organisation name, website, sector, contact person, proposed contribution, preferred partnership level, desired audience, activation idea, timing and any brand, logistics or reporting requirements. This helps the campaign team prepare a relevant response.
When and where will A Taste of Cameroon 2027 take place?
The event is scheduled for 23–30 January 2027 at Molyko Omnisport Stadium in Buea, Cameroon. Final access, activation, delivery and accreditation details will be shared with confirmed partners.
When may a partner announce the relationship publicly?
A public announcement should follow written confirmation and approval of the organisation name, logo use, wording, launch date and campaign assets. This protects both the partner and A Taste of Cameroon from premature or inconsistent claims.
