Donation questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a donation?

Choose MTN MoMo or Orange Money, select a preset FCFA amount—or enter a custom amount—and use the generated code. Verify the displayed account name before confirming the transfer inside the official payment prompt.

Which name should appear before I confirm?

For both MTN MoMo and Orange Money, the payment prompt should display VANESSA APRAH NEBA MAMBO. If a different name appears, cancel the transaction and contact the campaign before sending money.

How do I send my donation reference?

After payment, send your name, payment network, donation amount, date and transaction ID by WhatsApp to 675 628 067 or by email to info@mommyvanskitchen.com. Never include your Mobile Money PIN, password, OTP or other security code.

What will my donation help provide?

Donations may support verified needs such as ingredients, safe storage, cooking equipment, power, venue operations, sanitation, safety, volunteers, evidence systems, media and logistics.

Does donating guarantee that a record will be achieved?

No. Your donation supports preparation for a record attempt. Completion and any official result depend on the event, applicable record guidelines, submitted evidence and the final verification process.

How should a company or organisation contribute?

Visit the Sponsor page to explore partnership levels, key benefits, brand activation and in-kind or strategic support. Sponsorship arrangements require direct discussion and written confirmation.
